As my thinking has evolved - I&#039;m moving entirely to e-mails that quickly state your point, do a quick teaser and see if you can get a 20 minute phoner. 

The longer your e-mails are the crazier you seem. Multiple paragraphs are sometimes necessary, but each additional paragraph gives them more to read and a feeling that there is more to handle.</description>

The incandescent light bulb was an invention, not an innovation.  By itself, there was nothing transformative about it.  The commercialization of the light bulb, however led directly to the development of the electric grid and electric power industry, which were both radically disruptive.  The incandescent bulb has now begat LED lighting which will also prove to be a major invention that drives radically disruption in a different type of network.</description>
